The Bureau of Relamation is inviting eligible applicants to leverage their resources by cost sharing Drought Contingency Planning with Reclamation to build resilience to drought in advance of a crisis. Applicants under this Drought Contingency Planning FOA may request funding to develop a new drought plan or to update an existing drought plan.

The USDA Northwest Climate Hub requests proposals to support our mission to serve farms, forests and rangelands in a chaning climate (contingent upon available funds). An estimated amount of $350,000 is available for approximately 5-10 projects.

The Seedlot Selection Tool (SST) is a GIS mapping program designed to help forest managers match seedlots with planting sites based on climatic information. The climates of the planting sites can be chosen to represent current climates, or future climates based on selected climate change scenarios.

A new statistically downscaled climate model dataset covering the conterminous U.S. is now available for download in the USGS GeoData Portal. This dataset is called MACAv2-METDATA and it contains daily downscaled meteorological and hydrological projections for the conterminous U.S.
